Harvard Business Review Italia publishes the Angelini Academy White Paper

Angelini Academy, the corporate academy of Angelini Industries, is the protagonist of the October issue of Harvard Business Review Italia. The Italian edition of the most widespread management magazine in the world dedicates its insert to the Angelini Academy White Paper, a document edited by Maria Cristina Origlia, journalist for HBR Italia and Il Sole 24 Ore, which enhances the strategy and the management model operational functioning of the Academy highlighting its impact on the business.

“Angelini Academy: a model of innovation and inspiration” is the title of the publication attached to issue 10 of Harvard Business Review Italia.

With the preface and afterword by Giuseppe Soda, Full Professor of Business Organization and Network Analysis at Bocconi University and the SDA Bocconi School of Management, the publication is divided into four chapters: the first is dedicated to the history of Angelini Academy; the second to its current operating model; the third reports some testimonies that highlight the impact generated by the training provided; finally, the fourth chapter presents some of the evolutionary perspectives that will affect corporate academies in the coming years.

40 training initiatives coordinated every year, more than 1200 people from the Angelini Industries ecosystem involved in the training programs, valuable relationships with 20 Italian and international business schools, including SDA Bocconi, Luiss Business School, London Business School, MIT. These are some of the numbers that tell the story of Angelini Academy, reported in the White Paper.
